General information, our philosophy
I want you to be delighted with your purchase from me and endevour to make the whole process as enjoyable and simple as possible. Problems do sometimes occur and I will do all I can to ensure they do not happen but in the event a problem occurs I will work with you to find a speedy resolution to suit us both.
We only buy small quantities of each fabric and unless asked to do otherwise will only make one of each style of clothing each fabric and colour choice which means every item we make is unique, we will make items in the same style but not usually with the same fabric.
Payment methods and cancellation policy

My preferred method of payment is via Paypal this protects you and me, I will also accept personal cheques in this instance goods will be despatch once the cheque has cleared. Any fees incurred due to insufficient funds being available once the cheque is presented at the bank must be paid by you.

Payments for goods must be paid within 24 hours of putting the item into your cart. If you are unable to do this please contact me at your earliest convenience, otherwise goods will be reinstated to my store.
Shipping

Your selection will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and then placed into mail bags or boxes depending on the size of order, I am happy to combine packaging on larger orders to reduce cost. If you would prefer each item to be sent separately please state this at time of order.I aim to despatch all items within 2-3 working days of the order being placed and via Royal Mail First Class post (1-2 working days) or Fed Ex courier whichever is most cost effective. Order values of £40 and over will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

International orders may be subject to customs charges or taxes. I have no control over them and would encourage you to investigate those charges before placing an order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact me in the first instance to allow me the opportunity to resolve your dispute. Should you wish to return your item please contact me with your details within 7 days of receipt of the item and ensure the item is returned to me within 14 days in original condition for a full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and for their safe transit.   Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage from your local Post Office, this is a free service and will enable you to make a claim against them in the event of a lost item. Any damage evident on receipt by you should be logged a photographic supporting evidence would be advised to speed up the process.
 
Additional information

It is very difficult to accurately represent the fabric colour on screen, therefore, if the fabric colour is vital please contact me before purchase and I will be happy to provide a small swatch free of charge.

My stock will change frequently, however, if you do not see what you would like please contact me I would be happy to supply something to suit your requirements and budget
